Kyle Riley will explain all the different ways you can enjoy performances at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.
Associate Manager Todd LeComte from the Edwards Aliso Viejo 20 & IMAX, will show how to see captions in movies and use listening devices
Lip- reading, also known as speech reading.
Guest Speaker Penny Flaherty will explain why lip-reading is helpful and what you can learn in the lip-reading class about communication strategies for your hearing loss, understanding your audiogram as well as how to lipread. Penny will explain what happens in class each week, types of homework, and educational handouts she provides.
